For ‘off-the-shelf’ Goods purchased through Our Site, the Goods will normally be delivered within one – four weeks after the date of payment receipt unless otherwise agreed or specified during the ordering process.

For ‘customised line’ Goods purchased through Our Site, the Goods will normally be delivered within eight – fourteen weeks after the date of payment receipt unless otherwise agreed or specified during the ordering process.

Before commencing installation ensure the relevant mains supply has been safely isolated/disconnected. Installation shall be carried out by a qualified electrician only. Ensure all electrical connections are tight with no loose strands. The mains power must only be switched on once the fitting has been electrically connected to the driver.

Before installation it needs to be guaranteed that the existing ceiling/wall construction is suitable for the weight (15 kg) of the instal- led chandelier. The installation MUST be carried out by at least two people to avoid twisting the luminaire unit!

1. Unscrew the main body from the threaded mounting block and mount on the ceiling.
2. Secure the threaded mounting block in place with the screw provided.
3. Slip the heat shrink tubing over the wire. Then pass the wire rope firmly into the main body until it locks in place.
4. Screw wire rope into the rope fixing.
5. Feed the cable through the heat shrink tube and close it over the wire, the wire end and the cable.
Connect the unit to the mains. Please refer to Dimmer Unit installation manual if you connect the fitting to the dimming system.

ATTENTION | Make sure that the lamp is hung straight and evenly. Ideally pulling all 4 wires simultaneously.
Under no circumstances should the suspension cables be loaded individually! The luminaire may only be suspended using all four cables.
The maximum distance from the linear led of the Golden Fleece to the PSU is 3 meters.
