ORA 8 ASYMMETRICAL CHANDELIER

By KAIA

Perfect imperfections come to the fore in our luxury modern chandeliers like the ORA ASYMMETRICAL chandelier.

An uneven network of hand-crafted brass rings and stems hold eight hand-blown glass spheres in place. Its brass network fuses form and function and is moveable to allow the piece to be designed into endless compositions – from simple to complex. The result is a rigorous and intriguing centrepiece chandelier that captures KAIA’s essence at the boundary of technicality and artistry - a delicate constellation of stars lighting up the room

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Before commencing installation, ensure the relevant mains supply has been safely isolated/disconnected.

Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ensure all electrical connections are tight with no loose strands, including factory made connections. The Mains power must only be switched on once the fitting has been electrically connected to the driver.

Please note the chandelier has a rigid structure - the ring connectors are NOT adjustable!

1. Mount the glass balls, starting from the inside to the outside.
2. Adjust the adjustable screws to the glass ball opening. There has to be a minimum of 1 mm distance between the metal and the glass.
3. Screw in all bulbs, then switch on the circuit and test if the bulbs are functioning.
With transportation, the lamp holders might get interfered, and the bulb will not connect correctly. In this case, please disconnect the lighting fixture from the circuit, and bend the contact brackets slightly to ensure that the bulbs and the lamp holder are connected.
4. Carefully secure the glass sphere.
5. Carefully fix loosely with the supplied knurled-head screw by hand.
Do not use a screwdriver. Do not screw too tightly, and ensure there is at least 1 mm tolerance between the glass and the screw.
